Product Description
The WITAL 80 Term Light product is characterized by a 6-chamber 80 mm thick lead-free profile system, which is manufactured on the basis of ecological calcium-zinc stabilizers. The wide reinforcement chamber of the frame accommodates galvanized closed steel, which ensures high product stability, while the eight millimeter overlap of the sash on the frame ensures a perfect seal with rubber gasket.
This profile is equipped with an additional internal seal to increase the sound and thermal insulation of the window. The additional seal in the insulating glass unit chamber also helps to reduce the thermal conductivity of the window.
The 48mm thick double-glazed unit and 80mm profile becomes versatile and effective in providing energy efficiency. The larger chambers ensure proper ventilation of the profile and improve sedimentation water drainage.
The thermal conductivity coefficient Uw for the overlapping frame and sash profile is 1.0 W/m²-K. The profile is available in four mass colors (white, brown, caramel and anthracite) with a choice of 38 film types.
The mass profiles maintain the aesthetic appearance of the windows even in case of possible mechanical damage during their long service life. We use high quality laminates characterized by high chemical resistance and resistance to weathering and temperature changes.
